Privacy policy

• Account details: your email address, an optional username and display name, and your password, which is stored only as a secure hash.
• Your setup: trading style, markets, watchlist, which agents are on, time zone, quiet hours, and alert and briefing preferences.
• Paper portfolio: the pretend starting amount and allocations you choose. No real money or brokerage account is ever involved.
• Delivery records: which alerts and briefings we sent you and when, so we don't send duplicates and can respect your daily limit.
• Beta waitlist: if you join the waitlist, the email address you give us.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security and debugging.

To run your desk: watch your watchlist, send your morning briefing and alerts, track your paper portfolio, keep you signed in, and answer your support emails.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

We use a small set of service providers. Each only gets what it needs to do its job:

• Supabase stores your account and settings and handles sign-in.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Brevo delivers our emails (sign-in codes, alerts and briefings).
• Google Workspace handles our support inbox.
• Anthropic provides the AI model that writes briefings from market data and signals. We don't send it your email address or name.
• Alpaca and other market data sources supply prices, news and filings. We request data by ticker; no personal information is sent.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep your data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your account and settings, except where we must keep a record by law.

You can change your setup, watchlist and alert settings, or pause emails, from your desk at any time.

To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, email support@tickercrew.com from the address on your account.

Data is encrypted in transit, access to your records is restricted to your own account, and secret keys are kept server-side. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

TickerCrew is for adults. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
